Exceptional Care Starts With People Who Make POSITIVE I.M.P.A.C.T.S.

Individuals Maintaining Positive Attitude and Commitment To Service

Meadowview Behavioral Hospital (MBH) is a new, state-of-the-art behavioral health hospital anticipated to open in late spring in Peoria, Illinois. MBH is a partnership with OSF HealthCare that expands access to compassionate, high-quality mental health services for the Peoria community and the surrounding region.

As a new hospital, MBH offers a rare opportunity to help build a workplace—and a culture—from the ground up. We are seeking dedicated professionals who believe that how we care for patients starts with how we support our people.

Why Choose Meadowview?

Behavioral health work is meaningful, complex, and deeply human. At MBH, we support every individual who contributes to care—recognizing that healing, safety, and dignity are made possible by the combined efforts of clinical and non-clinical teams alike.

  • Being part of a team-based, collaborative environment
  • Working in a hospital designed to support patient safety and staff well-being
  • Being supported by leadership committed to accountability, transparency, and trust
  • Helping shape a culture where POSITIVE I.M.P.A.C.T.S. are not just words, but daily actions
